Trekking


Trekking is the major attraction of Nepal, which has been becoming popular since early 1960. It is the best way of seeing the places and people as well understanding culture and custom. Most of tourists embark on some treks or the other and many do multiple treks before heading back home.  Walking through typical villages, emerald rice fields; through rhododendron forests; crossing streams, camping out on a hilltop in the wilderness with towering mountains in the background, make trekking an unforgettable experience. People can also do pony treks, which is available in Pokhara, dolpa and mustang. Here are so many trekking destinations in Nepal. Among them most popular treks are the Mt. Everest Base Camp Trek, the round Annapurna also known as the Annapurna Circuit as it goes right around the Annapurna range. There are many others different treks to various national parks and conservation Area and beautiful valleys as such as Everest and Annapurna regions Langtang Helambu  region,  Makalu, Manaslu, Kanchenjunga and the Arun Valley. The rhododendron filled, green, dark and deep forest with different wild animals, verity of birds, many Hindu & Buddhist Temples, breath-taking landscape and above all the warm greeting from smiling Local people makes your trekking one of the best in the world.
Trekking in Nepal is available all round season. It is possible at any time of the year depending on where one wishes to go. The most popular season are Spring (February-March) and Autumn (September-November) even during monsoon season (June- August) trekking is possible in the \"rain shadow\", the land behind the high Himalaya, areas like Mustang, Upper Manang and Dolpo. Mainly two types of trekking are followed in Nepal. One is tea house trekking, in which a guide is provided and accommodation is in the local hotels / lodges and the other one is organized trekking where we provide and arrange all own prepared food and tent accomodation.
